Disastrous. I started out really well but started to slide as the week progressed. I am just eating too many calories and of that too many, too many of them are Carbs.

You need to try to change your way of thinking. It happens to me sometimes too where it gets absolutely out of control and I eat lots of crap. And when I'm already full with food, I'm thinking to top it off with ice cream or chocolate. It's hard to control it, I know. Sometimes I do really well with my food intake and sometimes there are these days out of control. Maybe you have those days right now and I hope you will get back on track soon.

My weight has been out of control for the past year. After doing so well up till then it has just gone awry. Baking hasn't helped so I have decided to keep that for special occasions. I too find that when I have had a blow out it is so easy to say, "the ba's burst", and just go way over the top.

Indeed! I looked back at my goals for this year (I have reviewed them frequently but this time I did it quite critically) and I've not achieved a single one! I'm healthy and happy though so I can live with it. Chin up, Jocko!

Oh Jocko, I feel for you, BTDT myself. Hang on in there buddy. Once you find the right road you will get right back on track, I know it. You want it so badly, you will succeed. Please don't give up, you have done so well so far.

Perhaps you're bored with the diet Jocko. Why not investigate other ones and see if they would suit you better for now?
