Slept well, up at 7:30. TOPS meeting this am. No weight gain or loss....stayed the same. Afterwards went to Walmart, aldi's and bilo and iga. Went out to spa to exercise after supper. Will talk to Eloise and probably Angie later.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
