Not worried from this uptick. The numbers don't lie.

I see the trend with my weight when I over do it with processed carbs. This is correctable because I trust my actions and I trust the numbers. I will return to how I ate in the first four days in October because:
-I had tons of energy
-I didn't have brain fog and
-I was full with lower calories.

This sounds like a win, win, win to me. Just focusing on the macros specific to me caused the number on scale to shift in my favor.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are absolutely right those processed carbs are the nasty ones. It's taken me years of counting calories and every diet on the planet to get the idea. Any heads up on the "sneaky" ones to stay away from?
