199 pounds this morning! I'm getting there. I definately don't feel as disgusting as I did 10 pounds ago, but still need to lose some flab. My ultimate goal is to fit into a stack of Levis that I haven't fit into in 10 or 15 years.... and stay there! 34 inch waist here I come.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
