I kind of slacked off the diet this weekend due to being out of town for my grandmother's funeral, but I did better than I used to. I ate more homemade food instead of going out to eat. And I have really cut down on the sodas. Just one today and none all weekend. I was actually surprised and happy to see a couple of pounds come off.
165.6 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 93.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
