Slept well, up at 8:09am. TOPS this am, lost 1/2 lb. then got hair cut and went to aldi's and then Walmart and then bilo. Spoke to Angie and will speak to Eloise later.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
