68.2kg 21.8 body fat.
Yesterday was a SUPER food day for me.
Home made chicken balti.
Home made pita bread.
Home made beef teryaki.
Supermarket burger bun.
Bintang beer.
I might have put on some weight. But my beatiful wife's cooking is worth it.
PS Today started with Southern fried sweet potato, mushrooms and 2 fried eggs, with a promise of home made burgers later. Looks like my weight might be going up again.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you still within your maintenance range though? That food sounds great. I'm not sure I could resist if someone were cooking for me (I can barely resist when I cook it myself!)
