Nearly midday and I am having a look out the window, it's windy overcast and threatening to rain so l guess no change there. I was hoping to get out for a few hours to spin my legs after yesterday's brutal workout lol slight exaggeration there but sometimes you have to build it up and make it all macho and dramatic lol l'm sure you had seen through that little ploy lol. A bit of good new or it is for me, l was laying in bed this morning and for the first time l could see my feet. My waistline is shrinking yippee. I then proceeded to do my leg raises to firm up my stomach muscles so that I don't end up with a sagging belly. I also once l got up checked if l was loosing by " pinching an inch" ? It's still not quite an inch yet but definitely heading in that direction. I then done my squats for to tighten my butt, there's one thing about cycling that I hate at the moment and in the past was the size of my butt, l felt at times l should have a sign on it saying " Beware Wide Load" l am so happy to inform you that it's becoming a more manageable Load and once I reach my first goal (90kg) it should be re-classed as a Normal Load. Breakfast this morning was my usual 100g of porridge to set myself up for the day. I have a pint of water first to start hydration and a further pint after my breakfast. I will have 4 x crisp bread with assortment of yummy things on them, cucumber, tomato, egg, ham all on a thin layer of Philadelphia (light) with Garlic & Herds mmm looking forward to that. Then I will be going to the gym for a few hours. Can't do anything else with the threat of rain this afternoon. Evening meal will be Roast Chicken, broccoli and sweet potato with jelly for my pudding. Then once I tidy up l can chill out with a mug of coffee and a bit of music. Looks like I have my day planned out for me. Ok guys I hope you are all well and in good health and spirit, keep smiling and take care of yourselves. Bye for now.

Excellent post, Thomas looks like you love your cycling, I cycle at the gym for 20 minutes on a high level to challenge me, but after 10 minutes on the bike my butt get sore :( then I struggle a bit.

Thanks guys for your comments, I had a great workout, it's my gentle day so light weights with high reps and and a little spinning. Still burnt 364 calories.
