right here we go again joined a gym first time in years i can do this 💪💪👊👊👌 xx
105.4 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At your gym do you have the choice of a personal trainer ? The reason I ask is at my gym l do, it's included in the fees. She started by taking my body stats (weight,height, fat,water etc) so that I had a start point. She then discussed diet and exercise. Gave me tips and advice on both. She took me around the gym and got me to use each piece of equipment to make sure I was using it correctly and safely and at the same time recorded the start weight l was going to be using. From there she let me carry on with my training. The next time I went in she had a program set out for me to follow. The gym has all my stats on there computer and at regular intervals I am asked to hand in my training program so that they can update my records. This allows them to review it and adjust if necessary. If that facility is available at your gym I highly recommend that you use it. It's like having a training buddy at the gym with you and most importantly support. I hope that this is helpful to you. I have posted this because I noticed that you used the word AGAIN in your post. My favorite workout t-shirt says "Exercise is cheaper than Therapy!" That's my motto, exercise is GREAT!
