Who knows if it is water loss or something, hope I can pull myself together and get back on track....Feels like I never will be the way I was, was so long ago, can't even rememberhow it felt....
85 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
