Hello:
Well, another good weigh in today. I have been sticking to the plan: 1500 calories and approx 30 grams of carb a day and walking everyday.
This is starting to get exciting. I am looking forward to the 250's and 240's where I can buy and wear some "normal" size pants. The days of 54 waist are gone and I am looking at the next down step of 44 and maybe even 42.
Okay, I gotta stay small in my goals. Lets lose five pounds and break the 260 barrier.

You are killing it dude! Patience is the key. It's happening! I on the other hand had 2 ice creams after dinner last night. I deserve a thousand pushups. Hadn't had an ice cream for a while but to have 2. What an #$%&hole.

While the numbers van be motivating (or demotivating), you must be feeling it in your pants!? Please forgive the expression.

FADY777 - Thank you for your comments - they always lighten my mood and make me appreciate the progress I have made. And, as always forget about the two ice cream cones and simply get back on the rails as they say!

I meant to say that while the numbers can be pleasing there is usually some ups and downs especially if you are building muscle. The fit of the trou is the best measure. I was wearing shorts all summer as I had a few weeks off. Put my trou on last week and while it was only a little there was some quite obvious space created.
