Went home for a 4 day weekend with the fam and can't believe I came back and had lost weight! I tried to stay as low carb as possible, and it included bringing my own flatout wraps for "sandwich emergencies," eating a lot of nuts and cheese, and drinking my coffee black because they only had milk or coffeemate. I made the best choices I could only splurged on fork-ful of homemade chocolate cake and one taste of homemade preserves, and a fresh peach that was the best thing I've ever eaten. haha! It was so hard. No one understands and I get so tired of explaining. Everyone cooks with so much salt too, so I expected to be up a couple of pounds, even if it was water retention -- so I'm happy!

My dad owns a butcher shop and they sent me home with a literal cooler full of meat! Having smoked turkey lettuce wraps for lunch and tomorrow we will fire up the grill and have marinated ribeyes. :P
164.7 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
