Back down to where I was a couple of weeks ago - probably won't make my goal of dropping below 140 lbs by tomorrow, though. Oh well, just carry that goal over to September. I am rather proud of myself - yesterday we went out to check the progress on the house we're building, and they'd started putting up the outer brick!!! I wanted to celebrate with ice cream (hey, any excuse - I'm happy, I'm sad, I'm angry, so let's get ice cream), but instead I went for a practice run, YAY ME, LOL! And there's my reward, 141.5 lbs; 6 1/2 lbs to goal weight. I think I'll go for a walk now.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
