Hi everyone,
Bouncing around a lot but at least holding close to 287.

I have wanted to binge eat a few times this week due to general stress but I have fought it off! Each time you make different choices your brain learns a different behavior. So each time I feel stressed out and don't eat in response to it I am reinforcing good behavior and creating new neuronal pathways in my brain.

It'd definitely not easy.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

how were you able to keep your binge eating behavior at bay? how did you go about it. No it's not easy, because, in my case it becomes obsessive.
