I knew this wasn't a good week. I didn't exercise all week. Well i guess I must eat clean this weekend or it will be worse on Monday. The last 5 kgs are always the hardest to go.

That's such a small gain for a week if indeed it was a gain. Our bodies fluctuate in weight depending on many circumstances, l would not be to concerned with that.
