I am happy with the drop. I think clean eating is the best plan for me. its more of a lifestyle than a diet. I can never stick to any diet plan really. I end up feeling hungry and eat more.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
