Slowly taking off the 17 pounds I put on in the last 2 months since I quit smoking, hated to think about putting on more weight but hated the idea of lung cancer worse lol. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, I know I did.
119.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
