The past 3 days increased the fat 100gms or so ,eating a little protein with each meal keeping under 25 net carbs ,also eating 2 Atkins foods , chocolate covered almonds and meal bar 1500 calories a day of total calorie intake and I feel full , 3.2pounds to go 👍
