way better choices yesterday, still need to cut back on portions, but getting there.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm right along with you on needing to cut down on portions. I can easily fill my plate with much more food than my husband. I always try to get that last bite in, and snacking is my other problem. But I won't give up.
