You are doing well. Keep up the good eating habits and don't give in to doubt and depression. You are 7.5 kgs less than you were 2.5 months ago which is a good thing. Remember you are much more likely to keep your weight down when you lose it slowly. Also don't forget your joy when you tried on that hot pink bra and it fitted you. Time you treated yourself to a facial and a hair colour. Your life is changing for the better and even if you have to go on a wheelchair, it won't be forever, as you can have your knee ops when your weight is more reasonable.
