I have to be fair with myself.
Even though it has been a hectic week with all those family problems and stress, I shouldnt have allow myself that emotional eating😓🙁

How do you guys cope with emotional eating?
70 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
