Glory be - down a lb! Of course, I feel puny today, sore throat & chills so probably staying home from work & not doing much. Chicken soup & OJ day for me.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
