Started 2 months ago on riding 5 - 6 times per week on riding bike 10 miles (prior only about 3 -5 or 6 miles). Set a goal for 50 miles and wound up doing 60. But still try for 50 miles per week.
Trying to eat healthier. Fresh fruits and veggies from morning through lunch.... but have a meat eater in house, and I have not enough self control (ha)
73.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
