Eating thin again. A few days ago I ran out of my home made granola and my store bought cereal, and just skipped breakfast. I get really hungry, but I think it helped. My weight is close to my low for the last decade or so. I still can't get back into the habit of rigorously logging my food, which I know really helps.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
