Done at hospital. No excuse but last few weeks were tough due to people going in hospital and ex husband on life support... Also think allowance was a bit too generous so last few days I reduced it by 100 kcal. Let's see what the future holds for me. Daughter was really pleased to hear I lost one kilo and gave me a big hug.
178 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 58 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you really deserve a hug you are doing fine you lost 2.2lb in three weeks so its about right I know you have some to lose and doing the first few quickly wont hurt -have you thought about doing 1500 cals a day for two weeks and then up the allownance so what you are eating seems like so much more oh and a very low cal dessert for you get some alpro soya yoghurt - much much creamier than milk yog then for every 100g add 50g of frozen raspberries and a little sweetener and blend with a stick blender its like lightly frozen icecream gorgeous and yummy just for two girlies together over the weekend :):}
