I weighed my self in the middle of day and I feel bloated. I'm not sure if this is because my cycle. It will be interesting to see if there is a pattern over the next three months I'm quite disappointed actually .
58.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel the same but I think it's the heat with me. Lots of water will hopefully help. I always weigh myself at night when I am probably at my heaviest so I know when I have reached my target my clothes will fit in the evening if I am going out.
