Bit of a jump! We've adjusted my thyroid meds though which probably accounts for it. Because of my upcoming hip replacement I had to have my bloods done and they showed, because of the weight I've lost presumably, that I was now over-medicated. We've cut them back accordingly. I'm a lot calmer, I'm glad to say, and despite being in my 60s I'm sleeping the whole night through, about 6 hours, not having to wake up any more to pee. That's remarkable. It's also a bit odd because you'd think getting better sleep would encourage more weight loss Maybe my body needs time to settle down. It ain't gonna get it, it, is it? Not with my hip op coming on the 24th :-)
