I am trying to track my calories, drink more water (i am NOT a water drinker, exercise as best i can with a bad back and a bone-on-bone right knee. I am not good about regular meals, and at 2:24 pm i am just now eating my "breakfast", which consists of one small potato sliced and fried in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil along with two thin slices of a sweet white onion, two scrambled home-grown eggs(laid by our chickens; and one English muffin, toasted and spread with 2-T Jif Creamy peanut butter and 1-T Smucker's Seedless Blackberry Jam.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

Thank you for the encouragement! I think i'm just trying a little harder than i was before. I'm still doing some slipping, so i imagine i will have my ups and downs; but this gives me the incentive to try harder.
