I missed last week on my journal entry. Had a wedding out of town last weekend and didn't do very well on watching what I ate. I stayed strong on my weight though and didn't gain and didn't lose so that is one good thing, other than I am getting anxious to get down to my goal. I'm did notice how tired I was this week and it has to be from not eating the foods, calorie and carb intake my body was used to. I'm finding out that missing a meal has it's disadvantages.
The wedding was fun and it was great to see my best friend who doesn't live by me anymore and I only get to see her once a year. It was nice to get away but felt good to get home, until Monday when my son was in a head on collision. Both vehicles are totaled but fortunately my son and the other driver only received minor injuries. Could have been a lot worse. Turned the accident over to our insurance company but the lady who caused the accident hasn't. Our insurance company says we have to play the waiting game. My son is going to get the accident report today and if she didn't have insurance we will have to get our lawyer involved. My son only had liability because of his cars age. The good thing is cars can be replaced and our loved ones can't. Have a good week and Live Well!
