Nice drop this week even though I was unable to exercise as I pulled a muscle last week. This marks nice round number of being 40kg lighter than I was at my heaviest 😀 Only (lol) 11kg to go ☺ I will now try to loose 1kg per week for as long as I can before my metabolism slows right down.. I also track my progress on a health machine at work and today finally for the first time my body fat has hit 'normal' range as I lost 2% of body fat this week as well. so I'm at 31.2% at the moment and top tier of normal range is 33 so I am very happy with it! Maybe one day I will reach normal BMI too 😅 But even though I am not skinny I now feel healthy and don't go out of breath after 5min walk so can't complain. Oh and I got my cheekbones back 😂😂😂
