Awful few days missed S/W this week had way too much food and drink last week - been good since Tuesday but 3 course gourmet meal last night with some wine and cheese probably didn't do me any favours...

Still a pound is a pound I suppose.
163.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
