Ughhhh--cant beat myself up too bad with this weigh in--- I had a last minute dinner meeting last nite that started about 8---so actually its not as bad--hopefully next week will be better and I'll break this plateau--I still weigh less than last year this time so I'm ahead of the game :)
86.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
