It is difficult to get enough protein without increasing fat. I'm going to try to incorporate more chicken and fish. I've also returned to eating more grains in an effort to get my calories down, but this is causing me to sacrafice some of the fruits and vegetables I was eating. I'm going to attempt to reduce grains once again.
