So after first successful week I managed to lose 2kg 😊 slowly getting closer to my goal! I see a lot of people on here talking about fasting but that's just silly.. you cannot starve yourself forever and the weight will come back on as soon as you eat again. .. I am not on a diet but have altered my eating habits and at the moment have restricted amount of calories to around 1800 plus exercise. this is the only healthy way to do it and keep the weight off and I know what I am taking about 2.5 years later and 37kg lighter. Nothing comes easy...
79 kg Lost so far: 37 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
