I'm back after a long time away... My last post probably would have been about PTs? That's where I've been! Eating better, excercising... it has become a habit and I'm so excited for the new me, even after the wedding (my goal). 5 months to go... 4 until my photoshoot for H2B!!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
