Hip hip hooray! Today I reached my first goal. Almost 2 weeks ago I bet Brian before he left that I would lose 10 pounds by the time he returns. He returns on Wednesday and today (Monday) I'm down the 10lbs. Yay! Now to continue on with my other (short and long) goals.

I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in August so I ordered the dress 2 sizes smaller than what I am for motivation. I have the dress hanging next to the elliptical to remind me to exercise and stay on diet.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
