Week 1 I tend to lose the most weight since it's an overhaul to my systems. I'm encouraged by the number today especially after that late night snack of croutons and jellybeans. I have to make better choices if I am going to eat late. A banana maybe?

I made a friendly bet with Brian yesterday before he left for Nepal. I bet him I would lose 10lbs by the time he returned in 2 weeks. I know that's a hefty wager but I'm hoping it'll be fuel for the motivation I already have.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
