Woo-hoo! Today I finally broke out of the 160's after being there for the last few months. This is definitely more motivation for me to stay on track. I have to increase my exercise or add resistance training because I want to tone as well. I should probably use these resistance bands Brian bought that's just sitting in the corner. Lol.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
