This is very early in the day and not properly undressed so I'm expecting to see a spurt soon. I'm now at the stage with Carb Nite where if I do it every week or so then I don't see weight loss but I do see gradual belt-tightening, it's become very necessary. I sometimes have to shift down to the last notch to get my jeans to stay up. That's encouraging. Progress is not always seen on the scales :-)
