Weight is steady and somnolence improving. Cholesterol was over 7 mmol/l at one stage and has now improved to 6.1. Need to work at it a bit more to bring it down below 5. Went out with a friend today round a big garden centre and visited a craft centre, where we had lunch and a walk. Very pretty with little pools, ducks, daffodils, blossom trees, horses, views of the hills etc. My friend says she doesn't think I need to lose any weight, but the doctors are telling me to lose another half a stone. Think I'll compromise and try and lose just a bit. Might also try and orient my diet to help with the cholesterol.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
