No weight loss this morning, but to be honest i am not really bothered!
I have a lot going on at the moment and after Monday is over with I will be able to focus on my weight loss again. I have just been maintaining really for the last couple of weeks, so that is okay. Today I am doing an extra shift in work as they are short staffed, it's only 2-8pm so not too bad.

69.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
