Hi there. Thanks for your all your support which really keeps me motivated. I think reaching 60, having to go on blood pressure medication and also having a gorgeous granddaughter were the the turning points for me. My daughter (her mum) asked me to write her a letter to be opened when she's 18. I suddenly had a thought that I will be 78 and I want to be around when she reads it!
I'm amazed that I lost a pound this week as I had a blowout over the weekend. Fish and chips Saturday night and a lovely Mothers Day meal on Sunday. Hope it doesn't come back to bite me on the bum :)
