Got weighed at GP scales today. My BP was high so we need to keep an eye on it but I think not sleeping comfortably last night and struggling to walk on snow might have something to do with it. We'll see. My doctor told me to keep up the good work and he looked genuinely pleased with my initiative and progress. :-)
