The last few months have been busy and stressful. I haven't been exercising as much as I wanted and I have been stress eating (and drinking). I knew my weight was creeping up so I've been avoiding the scale. Finally admitting that 'It is what it is' I stepped on the scale again this morning. 192 lbs. Time to get back on track, but my busy stress will not be gone for a couple of more months. It's going to be tough.
