Paleo Judy's Journal, 11 Mar 17

Note for my food intolerance record is that I really didn't get on with Jordan's Simply Granola with a hint of honey. Pity really because could have been useful for me, but it made me feel quite ill - feeling like a bad hangover and tired as if had flu. Will keep to Quaker oats in future. Heidi has very kindly invited me to try the Fit and Sassy challenge. Looks really good because there is a combination of aerobic exercise, stretching exercises and working with weights. Hopefully, I'll be trying something out this weekend.
