nearly another lb off . seems 1 meal a day under 400 calories works for me . 23 days untill holidays . can can get a few more lbs off 💪💪💪
96.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Crumbs, Rachel. Under 400 calories a day? That's very strict. Are you getting all the nutrients you need? I don't want to undermine you, but you need to be healthy to enjoy your holiday. Take care.

yes i take multi vitamins to make sure im getting all th stuff i need . i know its a weight watchers meal dont eat untill 6pm then have it and go to bed by 9pm . it seems to be working for now . only to get the weight off before this holiday . ill go back to 3 meals a day then before my next holiday lol . thanks snoop 🖒🖒 x

You are doing very well, and I'm glad to hear this is only a short-term plan with the 400 cals per day. You obviously have a lot of determination! However you have also given me an idea to do 5:2 for a few weeks to lose a few pounds, so thanks for that 😀

You sound very determined - sometimes that is exactly what is needed. Cheers to you and good luck. You might find it easier if you limit the carbs (rice) and increase some fat - makes me feel nice and full and easier to deal with limited calories.

its a tiny ready meal it is . iv been doing it a while went off track the past few weeks though been drinking and that . but yes im 100% committed to it now . i still want to lose 5 stone more . but ill take what i can get between now and june . ill wean myself back onto the 3 meals a day then . thanks for your lovley comment x

Gosh yes Rachel 400 cals is very low, how much longer will you be staying at that level? It just seems a bit drastic! But I am sure you would increase your calories if you feel unwell.

yes i wil bowd65 only 23 days untill my first holiday . then ill add some breakfast or something when i return its my 30th birthday this year so im back awwy in june for 2 weeks id like to get another 2 stone off by then . x thanks draglist x
