Water Fast Day #9
My ketostix this morning was very dark! Around 100mg/dL in ketosis. I rarely seen it so dark before. That means I'm burning lots of fat!
I did take melatonin yesterday 2 pills but it didn't help at all with my sleep. I don't want to try any other remedy with synthetic products or other medicines so I'll endure with my insomnia till the fast ends. I'm planning to end my Water Fast around Wednesday this week so in about 3 days. The refeeding process will be done with bone broth initially, I want to try to stay away from fruits as much as I can.
