Paleo Judy's Journal, 26 Feb 17

Holiday time for my sons this week and we have been going out taking photographs for various projects. Youngest son needed to get some tilt images, so one thing we did recently was to ask to go to the top of the Hyatt Regency Hotel and take pictures from the 24th floor. The idea is to make everything look very small. Enjoyed doing the photographs, but the eating out has not been very good for my somnolence problems. Ex hubby came to visit today and we went round the local Garden Centre. I had skipped breakfast and lunch in the hope of getting a bit of weight loss, but ended up munching a packet of Festive Mix instead, and forgot that it is crammed full of coconut. Oh dear, might as well have had a plate of chips as far as my cholesterol is concerned.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
