So, Day 1 of the 12-week challenge - and I'm listing my starting weight at 148 lbs even. It's actually 147.75, but it's just easier to round up. I'm not sure how often I'll record my weight over the next 12 weeks, probably at least weekly. Some sweet, evil person brought donuts to work today - I STILL have trouble saying "no thanks," started to but then I went and got one. At least I didn't eat the whole thing (no pun intended)!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
