Paleo Judy's Journal, 19 Feb 17

Weight beginning to come down a bit now. Think one of the mistakes I made was to stop using my portion plate. Can incorporate some very slight intermittent fasting by skipping a meal if I am not hungry. Didn't bother with lunch yesterday and that seems to have helped. Sons are on holiday now and my 16 year old wants me to take him round doing photographs, as he need them for three subjects: photography, graphic design and ICT, so that should keep me busy and give me a bit of exercise.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't think I have the willpower to do whole days of fasting like you Jocko, but I can probably skip the odd meal.

Good idea to skip the odd meal. It can make up for several small indulgences!
